Grow your business YOUR way…
- Choose a business model that works for you. If you dread the workday, aren’t succeeding, or are lacking enthusiasm and energy, consider changing the way you do business. Don’t be afraid to think outside the box.
- Look at your five best (and worst) customer experiences to see which parts of your company’s service-providing process that have been most successful (or not). This can help you identify your working style and avoid clients who are expecting an experience that you’re unable or don’t want to provide.
- Identify which business model works best for you. The four most prevalent dominant strategies are Intimacy (one-on-one), Inspiration (group, events), Information (content, thought leadership), and Innovation (effecting change). All are scalable, but need to serve you, as the business leader, too.
- Watch for ways you might be sabotaging yourself. If you find yourself secretly wishing that you had less business, this is a big clue that you might not be growing your business in the way that suits you best.
