Business Assessment
Is Your Business Stuck?
If you answered "yes" to any of these, your business may be stuck. You're not alone.
Business owners often have a vision for their company, but no plan to sustain and grow it. They’re so involved running day-to-day operations, they don’t develop workable strategies to resolve these issues and get “unstuck.”

Standing Still Isn't an Option...
In today’s fast-paced business climate, standing still isn’t an option. That’s why a periodic business checkup is invaluable.
It’s a snapshot of your business designed to help you:
A business assessment doesn't take as much time as you may think. When done properly, the results give you the foundation for a game plan that can catapult your business to the next level.
Why? Because you’ll stop doing the same thing over and over that wasn’t getting you where you wanted.

What’s the process? How does it work?
The Business Exponential Business Assessment starts with a questionnaire to understand the current state of your business. We then incorporate phone or Skype interviews with business owners and key staff, and review financial documents. This helps us crystallize the present situation, understand future growth objectives, uncover strengths and weaknesses, and formulate an action plan for moving forward. We focus on identifying opportunities for improvement in the following areas:
2 Weeks is All It Takes...
Usually, within 2 weeks, we’ll send you a report of our findings and recommendations that you can review and digest.
We also schedule a follow-up phone consultation. In it, we’ll review these findings together, help you evaluate your options, and strategize how to implement them so you’re set up on a path to success.
Fees vary depending on the number of stakeholders involved but start at $3000 for up to 5 stakeholders.
Either way, we don’t expect you to sign up sight unseen. In fact, this is an important relationship—one we hope will be ongoing— and we want to be sure it’s a fit for both of us.
So reach out to set up a call to explore the options.
The first call is on us. That way, you can get a sense of how we think and work, and we can get a sense of whether we can be truly helpful.
