Listen to the Episode Below:
Don’t be fooled! Efficiency doesn’t necessarily equal success. And relying on technology for efficiency can hurt us and our business if we don’t use the right tech in the right way. That’s right – I’m saying that not all technology is good for your business. Avoiding ways that tech can hurt your bottom line is a skill not many entrepreneurs have learned yet. But Aliza Sherman has.
Aliza has seen how tech has helped businesses succeed and fail. I brought her on today’s episode to talk about the ways with which you can use technology the right way for your business, and how you can train yourself, your team, and your clients to “disconnect from the tech” and engage with you on levels that go beyond Facebook and Twitter … so that you build a business with lasting impact.
- Have we become Pavlov’s dogs with technology?
- Ways that technology hurts our ability to “connect” and do business
- How can solo and small business owners possibly “unplug” when the business rests on them?
- Which technology platforms help you let go of minutiae and build a collaborative team
